What I Bring
My work began not in doctrine, but in the human heart — through emotional truth, lived experience, and the kind of honesty that cannot bypass what we feel. Because of this, I tend to speak less about “how to awaken,” and more from the felt reality of awakening itself.
- Awakening through the heart — spirituality as embodiment, not escape.
- Emotional honesty — the truth that awakening can begin in any deeply felt human experience — grief, joy, confusion, clarity, tenderness, longing, or the quiet moments of being human.
- Presence as home — love not as an idea, but as the living ground of our life.
