I never planned to be a spiritual teacher.  

I was a PharmD student when my mind went silent for six months. Not empty—but profoundly, deeply still. In that stillness, I didn't understand love. I felt it. Not as something outside myself, but as what I am.  

That experience changed everything.  

Now, through poetry, beauty, and lived presence, I help seekers move from concepts to embodiment. From seeking to remembering. From thinking about awakening to feeling it in your bones. 

This book is my offering. My invitation. My homecoming, shared with you.

This work is not linear. It doesn’t live in bullet points or formulas. It lives in the in-between. The still moments. The soft gaze. The breath.
